In 1903 America, the Thirteenth Doctor and her companions—Graham, Ryan, and Yaz—travel to Niagara Falls where a mysterious saboteur targets Nikola Tesla's generator plant. They discover that Tesla is being hunted by the Skithra, a race of giant, scorpion-like alien mercenaries whose ruthless Queen needs Tesla's genius to repair her damaged spaceship.
